 C.J. Wheeler was born in San Antonio , Texas and began arranging music at the age of 8.  He attended Roosevelt High School and was one of the top percussionists in the Roosevelt marching band, as well as a part of the Roosevelt Jazz ensemble.

 He received a musical scholarship from Grambling State University , where he was a part of the Mighty Tiger Marching Band.  He then moved on to The University of the Incarnate Word, of San Antonio , TX where he studied music industry studies, and was a part of the UIW Jazz ensemble.

 He recently received a certification from the Media Tech Institute in audio engineering, music business studies, and music production and songwriting. 

 His Most Recent Accomplishments include:

  ·        Voted one of the “Top Ten Producers” by entertainment attorney Dedra Davis, and the LISTEN AND EXCHANGE^tm Event-February 2005

             ·        Founder and Producer of SKYTONE Productions

             ·        Associate Producer and Artist for New Album release-J-Qwest-Times Up  “On Top Studios”  Houston Texas

             ·        Associate Producer of the Album-Silence-with The X-Lab-Production Team, Houston , Texas

             ·        Associate Producer of the gospel album “Certain” with John Hardin, Executive Producer of San Antonio, TX
